Stainless Iron Passivation Uses: Stainless iron SUS410 material is widely used in the market, commonly employed in the manufacturing of screws and extensively integrated into daily life. It is widely applied in food machinery, medical equipment, hardware electronics, pressure vessels, and communication equipment, among other fields. Martensitic stainless steels such as 06Cr13, 0Cr13, 410S, S41008, 1.4000, X6Cr13, SUS410S, Z6Cr13, 430s17, 1, and 08X13 can all undergo passivation for rust prevention. Stainless iron has relatively weak properties and is prone to rusting and corrosion. Therefore, most stainless iron products require rust prevention treatment before shipment. Jiayimei Stainless Iron Passivator is used to treat surface rust on SUS410 stainless iron materials.

Features of the Passivation Solution:

1. After stainless iron passivation treatment, the product's original color and dimensions remain unchanged, thereby enhancing the product's added value. Passivation improves salt spray resistance and rust prevention performance by 10–30 times, with salt spray testing reaching 24–240 hours.

2. Low usage cost, the solution can be reused, achieving stronger rust prevention for the material.

3. No specialized equipment is required for setup; the equipment is easy to purchase and offers flexible configuration. Temperature requirements are met simply by heating and soaking, making it convenient and saving electricity costs.

Process Flow and Packaging:

Degreasing — Rinsing — Passivation — Rinsing — Stabilization — Rinsing — Neutralization — Rinsing — Drying and Packaging

The above process can be adjusted as needed. The passivator is used in its original concentration for soaking, requiring no additional equipment and offering simple operation. Product packaging: 25kg per drum, packaged as standard chemical drums.
